Maskinservice has for customers optimised the blade guide and the cutting process on a number of band saws. These customers have all obtained increased productivity and higher quality of the surface of the boards due to increased blade stability.
When you stabilise your blades thereby giving them optimal working conditions, you will be able to increase your productivity.
The blade will be stabilised and guided very precisely over the total length of the cut, and therefore the surfaces are of a higher quality.
That is an evident advantage if your final products is with only cut surface. If, however, you are going to plane it, the board is more precise and you lose less material. Or you can use smaller dimensions as you cut very precisely.
