Who are we?
LUJA Maskinservice was founded in 2002 and today, the company is a well-established private company. We work with band saws for saw mills and planing works and have since our beginning been determined to become known as the Rolls Royce of the trade and the expert that our customers turn to when their saws cause trouble.
Our main products and services are:

Company employees:
Technician and founder of the company: Søren L Hansen
Søren is responsible for sale and on the spot trouble shooting as well as development of new parts/components, which will increase the saws’ yielding rate.
He possesses several years of experience from the wood industry, which have endowed him with a vast knowledge of the problems that may arise with band saws in a production process.
As early as during his first years of education, he started working with band saws and thus gained insight into the annoying problems that may occur.
 
Since then, he has been working for a company, which produced band saw blades. He was employed in production and also attended to the problems that the customers experienced.

He has designed, constructed and built band saws from scratch, all customized to fit the customers’ needs and wishes. Re-construction and optimizing of existing saws has become a specialty of his.

Finance dept.: Anette Schmidt
Anette is responsible for the company's financial issues.

She has a clerical background with finance as her primary area and she has for many years primarily been occupied with accounting and administration.

Board of directors:
The chairman of the company board of directors is former managing director Klaus S. Berg, who, today, works in Greenland as business manager in Destination Disko.
